If I could give 10 Stars I would!! Unfortunately due to many previous health issues I have had way too many horrible nasogastric tubes inserted through my nose. Last time I visited a different ENT they also used tube through my nose to view my throat despite my expressing fears once again it was a horrible experience. I discussed my anxiety with Dr. Alvi prior to exam he patiently listened and empathized with me and then explained that he does not do that. He actually goes directly into the throat. He was So gentle in doing so that I had Absolutely No discomfort! Highly recommend Dr. Alvi and his staff. 10+

I really like him in the beginning gave him 5 stars from another review all the way up until surgery he get 2. I called 2 times before surgery one with questions 2nd was to report strep he didn’t call back for days! I was told I was have deviated septum repair also ternates and maxillary sinus right side surgery even though I told him both hurt. He said 1-2 week recovery and just pressure no swelling or anything it’s simple which is not right! Also said my pain will be in control the basic post op meds like norco exc which is also a lie. I take muscle relaxer spinal issues I was told to stop taking a week before operation I could not sleep muscle went nuts and with step Ooch. Surgery day he didn’t talk to me after he did a lot more work then expected even did left side sinuses. Talked to my bf and left wrote script for tylonel 3 what a joke. Surgery was at sherman the nurse tried to call him he didn’t respond to her or to me and lied to my face. Not even 12 hours pain unbearable I can… not breath at all through nose sinus pressure and non stop blood pouring from nose went to sherman they said it looks fine and no help. With Dr Alvi’s script pharmacy called him guess what no call back or answer. So that leaves me to question does this Dr care about his patients?
