Dr. Ailee Mark Laham, MD

Some of the retina specialists in our area have reputations for being harsh toward patients and staff. Dr: Laham is kind, optimistic, and really tries to help. He is not arrogant but very knowledgeable. Seems to treat his staff well. I would highly recommend him. (He can be intimidating and loud - don’t expect someone thats passive and quiet to walk in.)

Dr, Laham is a very professional and effective surgeon. My eye has had absolutely no complications since the surgery. I would recommend him to anyone that needs retinal surgery.

While I was on vacation in TN I had a retina tear and after some phone calls was sent to Dr. Laham. I was so worried and nervous but was calmed by Dr. Laham. They simply don’t make many doctors like Dr Laham anymore. When I think of what being a human being and a doctor should be about this is the standard all should strive to be. There aren’t enough good words in the English language to describe how fantastic an individual he is or how awesome of a staff he has. If you are going anywhere else for eye care you simply are missing out.

I was in shock when I went to my regular eye dr and found out about my retina detachment. They got me hooked up with dr Lahaina, who got me into surgery right away. He explained everything well, he was kind and understanding. I’m still recovering but I’m getting my sight back well, I don’t know what I would have done if not for dr Laham had not done such great work

Dr. Laham is an excellent physician. He found a choroiodal Melanoma in my husband's eye when several others ophthalmologists missed it. He also saw us almost every day in November while treating a very cloudy eye following cataract removal. He may be young, but he is highly skilled and extremely dedicated! I would recommend him as super competent!
