Wow, startling. Did not answer my questions that I repeated several times in emails and had to repeat in a call. Only focused on getting my insurance info over email. When I finally got on the phone with her, she mistook me for someone else, off the bat, telling me that "therapists are stressed out too during COVID." I'm sorry, but a therapist's self-care is really not my responsibility or problem. Then later, she insisted that she was "strong" and "ok" as a therapist. She should have better boundaries and refer people out, rather than gloat about her "40 calls a week." We got into a patronizing debate about her definition of "counter transference," which refers to therapist's feelings toward the client. Look it up lady. She then told me to read 3 chapters of her dissertation. Get over yourself.
