I feel very lucky to have found Dr Raup. Her staff is amazing from the time you walk in to the time you leave! The are sweet and professional and really take their time to make sure you have a great visit. I love this office and send all of my friends and family. When I needed surgery they made a very stressful situation in to a simple ordeal. The surgery scheduler took care of everything from dealing with my insurance to helping me find a date that worked with my busy schedule. All I had to do was show up! Dr Raup is amazing and I can’t say enough fabulous things about her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Raup's for over 12 years and never once have I felt like I was just a number. In fact, my experience with Dr. Raup has been quite the opposite. Dr. Raup has always taken her time with me and has always addressed all of my questions and concerns. I feel she truly cares about me and my health and I wouldn't trade that for anything. Love her staff too, they are super friendly.

You spend an hour waiting for the doctor for her to spend 2 seconds with you. Felt no emotion from her. She acts like you're just a transaction (a paycheck) and doesn't listen to her patients. She doesnt care about you. And that's the last thing a pregnant woman wants to feel. If you want a doctor that truly cares for you, do not waste your time here. Would never reccomend to anyone. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Dr Raup is very caring and takes her time with me and every patient she has. She is the bet in Brevard County

Dr. Raup is very nice, but I can't handle the long wait times either. I was pressured into having a hysterectomy I didn't need.

Receptionist ignore you while waiting for them to take paper work from me. They have 2 people behind glass windows and ignore you.

I waited for an hour in the waiting room, to be put in another room and told to take off my clothes and wait. I waited another 30 minutes for the doctor to only bother to see me for maybe 10 minutes. She didn't seem very interested or concerned and couldn't wait to get out of the room. They told me they were going to call in a prescription but never did. There is miscommunication between everyone that works there.
