I have seen her for about 4 years now and am so pleased with the care she has given me during that time, including a cataract surgery. She is so caring and very knowledgeable about eye problems. I got a good eyed exam and consultant for my cataract surgery. I had the first unexpected exam that I got cataract. Then, I kept follow up, until it came to the point that the cataract affect on my work and my quality of life. I had eyed exam many time but my previous doctor was not comfortable to surgery me at this time. I had Ratina surgery, astigmatism and lasik before. I expected I might choose vivity lense or Toric lense. Firstly, doctor recommended monofocal lense and I still need to put on the glass after surgery. However, with my comprehensive eyed problem and my expectation to better eye sight and less depended on glasses and better quality of vision. Doctor recommended Light adjustable lenses. We discuss about the costs and my expectation about the costs both insurance and my responsibilities. Doctor provided a very good consultation. I asked doctor submit me case to my insurance first. When I got approval from my insurance I would make appointment for the next… process. I am confident to work with her and appreciated for all helps. .

Really can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Verner‘s thoughtful caring process attending to all of the concerns I had about my second cataract surgery. It was not the simplest surgery as the eye had some keratoconus. I also opted after discussing the pros and cons at length with Dr. Verner to have the eyes slightly nearsighted asI was used to a monovision existence and preferred not to wear glasses every time I had to read something. A day after the surgery, I am barely thinking about the fact that I have had a lens replacement. The slight nearsightedness is working perfectly, allowing me to read my iPhone at arms length and clearly see the display screen in my car. Distance vision is not impaired as the other eye does most of the work and clarity is excellent. Thank you, Dr. Verner for a great outcome. I’m looking forward to having great vision for many years to come thanks to your skill and listening to my needs. P.S.- The nursing staff was also excellent had a great sense of humor… and had great interaction with them. Kudos to all of you.!

Dr Verner is an amazing doctor. She is very knowledgeable and willing to talk through any questions you may have. When there were some slight complications with my surgery, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleared up and that I was satisfied.
