Dr Verner completed my cataract surgery, (so expertly done,) andI didn’t feel a thing..the follow up visit was short and thorough.,and she answered all my questions..too bad I don’t need to see her again

So I waited 75 minutes beyond my appointment time to see the doctor and there was no apology nor acknowledgment nor explanation of this. As a patient, if I was 75 minutes late for my appointment, I’m sure I would be told I would have to reschedule and would have likely been charged a fee for missing the appointment. What’s good for the goose should be good for the gander.

I request Dr V whenever possible as she seems present and thorough and listens. She doesn’t seem to be in a rush to get to the next patient and seems to actually care.

I have had difficulty with eye problems for 45 years. 2 cornea transplants in my left eye. I was referred to Dr. Verner when my cornea specialist retired. I have seen her for about 4 years now and am so pleased with the care she has given me during that time, including a cataract surgery. She is so caring and very knowledgeable about eye problems. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has eye problems that she specializes in.
