I have been going to Dr. Peter Sui for years. Never had any problems. I trust his care. He has a very direct, professional and no nonsense approach. And I like that! He sends you to a specialist if he feels it’s necessary. For the best interest of your issue or problem… For better review

I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and angry with the Dr. Sui's staff, who claimed my Annual physical incorrectly as illness and refused to help and i ended up paying money which i am not supposed to pay. I visited Dr. Sui for my annual physical check up, which was covered by my insurance 100%. The doctor's office made a mistake and filed the claim as illness and Labcorp sent me a bill. I went to Dr. Sui for this matter and they admitted it was their mistake and they will handle it completely. However they didn't do anything and the bill kept coming to me for 3 times. The last one was a final warning saying that Labcorp would pass the bill to Third Party Collection Agency if I don't pay the bill. This might ruin my credit score and it could be very serious. I went to the office again and the lady responsible for the lab billing made all kinds of excuses to push the responsibility to Labcorp and she's not willing to share the Labcorp person's contact info. Then I called the… Labcorp billing office and they have no idea of who from Labcorp was handling my case. I called Dr. Sui's office again to find out the Labcorp person's contact. The lab lady has no patience and rudely refused to provide any further information or assistance. Since I couldn't obtain any information about my bill, to avoid involving the Third Party Collection Agency and damage my credit, I have no other choice but paying the full amount to Labcorp, helplessly. I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Sui's staff, who is careless, irresponsible, arrogant, and unwilling to help. Due to her mistake, I have to pay extra money. The experience of going to the office multiple times and have nothing resolved is so awful. I've been doing the annual physical check up in the past at other doctors' offices for many years and I've never encounter any issues like this. I will never go to Dr. Sui's office again.

This doctor is unprofessional, rude, lazy, direspectful, snob, has no patience communicating with the patient if you have questions. Need I say more.... What everyone said in the 1 star review was true. Try visit him yourself if you do not believe me. I have been his patient for 2-3 years for yearly physical check up. Finally, I must gave up on him after I asked him about the five digit code that he is referring me to other lab/x-ray so I can know how much out of pocket cost I will be charged by my insurance. He said he does not know. Really??? I called my insurance back, the rep told me the nurse/admin/doctor should know about that. The answer I got from him was to go find another doctor if I want to use the same insurance. Basically, he does not want to be bothered with a simple questions like 5 digit coding. HOW RUDE!!!! This really made me mad after all these years I have been patience enough to see you although I know you DO NOT treat us professionally and… patiently. DO NOT EVEN TRY HIS PRACTICE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Really tricky doctor, he only looks for money but not the patient's condition. Each time he usually spent less than 3 minutes with me then ordered a lab work, quick and simple, then charged me SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars. He then always asked me to revisit to tell me the self-explanatory printed result. What if you donâ??t want to come? Then he refuses to give you prescription, and even not to send you the lab report. His real motivation is for charging another SEVERAL HUNDRED $. His billing is always a mess: always submitted wrong code to insurance. The most irresponsible doc I've ever met. Please avoid him.

They over charged me every time. I had to shout at the secretary to get my money back. I had enough of it.

I called to schedule an appointment. They gave me a date and time but told me they would be in a different office that day and gave me the address. I show up 30min before my appointment and the door is locked. I call the number and the secretary tells me that office is closed today and I don't have an appointment in there computer.

I've been going to Dr. Peter Sui for about 3 1\2 years. I have to say I have never had any problems. I think if your are very "American" you have to be willing to look with a view a little "outside" the box so to speak. He's just not your "typical" Doctor. I think Dr. Sui is well educated in his field and knows a lot. Dr. Sui is a cautious Doctor. He will send you to a specialist if you're dealing with something that is a little more than the general types of issues...There's only so much he can do if digging deeper is required...Dr. Sui is a fine Doctor

The only good thing one can say about this doctor is that waiting times are short, but I now realize this is because he and his office are incompetent and must have trouble attracting patients. He seems like a nice enough guy, but has no memory from one visit to the next what he has said to me or prescribed, despite carrying a laptop with him. Last time he came in 20 minutes late and the first thing out of his mouth was "Let's make this quick". His office has repeatedly failed to fill prescriptions and does not respond to repeated requests from the pharmacy. They finally told me they had faxed a prescription to the pharmacy, and they hadn't (after I waited in the pharmacy line for half an hour - that part at least is not their fault). This is the last straw. I will not go back.

This doctor is horrible. so is the stuff. stay away!
