This was my first visit with Dr. Jacobsen, from the time of checking in to going back to the room and getting setup to see her was so amazing. I never felt more comfortable. Meeting her was so awesome she takes her time with you and makes you feel so relaxed. Did not feel like a first time meeting. I can’t say enough about her and this office.

I had an excellent experience at this practice from start to finish. Noura, the technician, was incredibly helpful and patient during all the pre-exam tests. I struggled with the eye drops, but she made the process much easier and never rushed me. Dr. Jacobsen was thorough and took the time to discuss my eye health in detail. Her explanations during the tests were clear and concise, and she shared helpful information about managing eye fatigue that I hadn't known before. She listened to my contact lens preferences and worked with me to update my prescription. The new prescription has already made a huge difference. My eyes already feel relief from the strain. She also brought up potential dangers with my contacts that I wasn't aware of, which gave me important things to be careful about going forward. Melissa, the optician, was fantastic in helping me select my glasses. She walked me through customizing exactly the colors and lenses I wanted and explained which features were actually… worth it. She talked me out of unnecessary add-ons that would have been a waste of money, which I really appreciated. The entire team made me feel heard and cared for. Highly recommend!
