Dr. Alan C Lau, MD

My mother's brain tumor could have been detected via brain scan, but didn't care to listen analyze the symptoms that she had for years. He seems disgusted by wheelchair users. He is in this profession for the business. Please don't trust your health or that of family to this doctor. I will file a formal complaint with his immediate supervisor and report him to Medical Board.

As a male patient, I like Dr. Lau. He is easy to speak to about "guy" issues and helpful in providing you with the medical care you need. The only negative side to Dr. Lau is his "Everest College" "American Career College" staff that's unprofessional.

Dr. Lau seems very cold and unemotional about his patients. Both my father and mother are his patients. My mother is wheelchair bound and has not receive the level of care and interest that she deserves. Plus, Dr. Lau's nurse Maria also seems to be overwhelmed. My mother has had to pay for her incontinence supplies 3 times because they Dr. Lau's and his staff do not submit prior certifications. I 'm switching doctor ASAP. I'm fed up of this.
