Dr. Alan Brad Miller, MD

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Alan B. Miller's practice for many years and feel privileged to be able to be treated by him and his staff, who are all wonderful people. We have received excellent care over time and they make us feel like a King and Queen. We both have Medicare and supplemental insurance and neither pays very well but Dr. Miller and his staff always go out of their way and over and above to treat us as if we were paying a fortune. We simply couldn't dream of better.

Dr. Miller has been my primary care physician for close to 20 years. There is not a doctor in Atlanta that cares more for their patients than him.

most inflexible doctor I've ever worked with. As long as what you need is straightforward Miller is a competent Doctor, but as soon as you need something a little off track like a 2 week bridge supply of medicine or a letter of explanation to a life insurance company you run into a brick wall, no effort to work with the patient. I was denied 2 life insurance policies because of inaccurate entries in the medical records that he would not explain. Office staff makes mistakes and does a poor job of getting reminders out about upcoming appointments.

Rushed visits. Feels like we're wasting his time and he'd rather not be seeing patients.

The overall care is outstanding! They go overboard! I read a negative review and have no idea what that person is talking about. Suspect that person is unhappy with everybody and anything.

My physician for 20 years. I have moved to the DC area and will miss both Dr Miller and all of his staff. They are all anyone could ask for. A six (6) star group.

Not to sound overly dramatic but Dr. Miller saved my life. I went in with elevated blood pressure and he sent me for extra tests. A previous doctor had just told me to lose weight. Thanks to Dr. Miller it was discovered that I had a rare genetic blood disorder and I was able to start treatment and manage my disease. I feel 100% better.

Dr. Miller is an excellent physician! He is bright, articulate and a really caring doctor. I have only the highest respect and praise for him.

I love Dr. Miller. Ive lived in several cities which has resulted in me changing doctors often. Dr. Miller is one of the most attentive that I have had. I tend to ask a LOT of questions. He was extremely patient with all of my medical question and the questions into his medical education and background. Unlike many doctors, he does not overly medicate and write prescriptions for each little issue. Instead, he offers advice on healthy living. I recently developed elevated blood pressure. Dr. Miller was extremely supportive of my attempts to handle this without medication. However, when my lack of discipline became obvious to him he chided me (as he should have), and explained that medication would be required unless I took my personal health choices (exercise / diet) more seriously.
