Rude poor bedside manner Go somewhere else and wave trouble

I saw Dr. Tuckman for 4 years, Med.mgmt. to prescribe 3 meds that I've taken for decades. In the last 1 1/2 years he's been unable to fill out these same 3 prescriptions without multiple & repetitive discrepancies. Dr.Tuckman's response to my returning an invalid prescription was almost always anger/rage, as if I'd done something wrong. In 4 years he never once accepted responsibility (much less apologized for putting a patient through the grind of taking prescriptions to Costco, waiting in line etc., only to be told the prescriptions were invalid & bringing them back to Dr.Tuckman to fix).If someone offered to pay me to see Dr.Tuckman for med.mgmt. or anything else, I'd pass.

He's straight out which is often confused for rude but in all honesty he just tells you like it is. I've been his patient for almost 5 years now, he didn't give up on me when I was severely depressed (after the normal trial and error with antidepressants) and essentially helped me overcome depression.

I have been a patient of Dr Alan Tuckman since 2013 and I must say it has been a life quest of mine too get a psychiatrist who listens who understands and doesn't judge and understands the severity of my mental illness. Especially with this Co v19 quarantine that's going around Dr tuckman was very very prompt quit to return my call with the concern of correcting the problem and I am now a back to being the patient that I needed to be Too Faced this epidemic so if I was to tell anybody about Dr tuckman I would say it was a pleasure to know him is a pleasure to be his patient and you will not regret it you will understand what I'm talking about as soon as you get to know him and he is just a down-to-earth understanding very educated and wants to hear what you're going through so he can assess you in the right way were you feel comfortable and as a doctor who feels comfortable treating you.

He is friendly and carding, listens to what I was saying. I w b w him for as long as I need.

He was a great listener & very patient. He has a good bedside manner.

Dr Tuckman is the absolute best doctor I have ever been to in my life. He is caring, he listens, and all of the office personnel at Memorial Counseling Services are efficient and kind. I am blessed to have finally found the doctor who has changed my life.
