Doctor Duncan is from the old school of medicine he cares more for the care and treatment of his patients then money ! He goes above and beyond what he feels that is needed to treat me and my problems and will listen and take time insure I feel comfortable with my treatment.

Dr. Duncan is a caring and compassionate physician. Always informative about medications and ways to improve health.

Dr Duncan cares about all of his patients. He takes the time to explain all of your health conditions and concerns. He treats his patients like family

Dr. Duncan is a fine family practice/internal medicine physician. As a retired nurse who has worked in offices I feel the staff is often not adequately oriented to their role and I am not sure what the level of technical training is required. I can tell that the staff at the Optum office is understaffed for one thing and not given enough orientation and guidance to make them more efficient and happier in their roles. One small thing, if the staff does not answer the phone, and I suspect that there are times when it deliberately goes to voice mail during office hours, the message is incredibly long and I would suggest finding a way to shorten it. I am happy with my relationship with my doctor but right now I am not feeling the VIP vibe for the extra money.

Dr Duncan is such a caring person. His attention to what his patients are saying is so amazing. He makes you feel like you are his only patient during each visit. His patients know that he has their very best interest at heart to stay healthy and improve. He guides you through your health plan, he doesn't beat you up when you have setbacks. I absolutely love going to the doctor just so I can see his smiling face.

I’m so happy I found Dr Duncan. I have seen way to many providers because my husband was active duty and we moved a lot. He listens and has valuable experience and treats the whole patient. This was the first time in I don’t know how long I felt heard and not rushed. I wish all Doctors were like him.

Dr. Duncan is the best! My husband and I pray that he never retires. If you want a doctor that you can trust to always do the right thing for you, he is your man.
