Not a solid doctor to visit. He’s smart since he’s a doctor dont get me wrong. Dude just needs to learn how to interact with the people he’s taking care of and ask some questions. I’ve had a primary care physician my whole life. Was my first time visiting him as my new provider. He didn’t take time to find out any medical background, aside from the basic level of inquiries based off of allergies, and questions of that sort. Nothing in depth. He doesn’t take his time. I felt very rushed to be there.

This doctor seems extremely rushed every time I see him. The waits are long and the time with the doctor are often shorter than the time spent in the waiting room (however this might simply be a symptom of busy Kaiser facilities). The doctor speaks very quickly and makes it feel like he's trying to get you out the door as fast as possible. After the first visit, I realized that I needed to go in with a very specific list of what I wanted from him, since with Kaiser you need a referral from your primary care physician to get pretty much anything done. I figured out what keywords to use to get the referrals I wanted from him and then I was out the door.I'm sure he does care for his patients, he just seems far too overworked and stressed out about making the quota of so many patients per day. I have even made a point to have my husband with me during appointments to ensure that we have all issues addressed before leaving. Even still, the doctor was walking us out the door as we continued… to ask about additional issues. I would prefer to have a doctor that can take the time to address all of my concerns (preferably in detail) before kicking me out of the door. Unfortunately, Dr Low is not that doctor at this time.

Dr. Low is the worst doctor I have encountered. Besides belittling me, he has also demonstrated carelessness and general lack of caring in treating me. I am better off getting advice from a good friend, than asking for Dr. Low's help.
