He knows his stuff

I visited his office at NYHQ. The total waiting including lab and consultation took well over four and a half hours. The office staffs are not courteous and stated this is usual waiting time for Dr alex. Please don't visit this Dr.

Doctor Aledo saved my life and now I've been cancer free for 13 years, he's a GREAT doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Aledo works in New York-Presbyterian Hospital Department of Pediatrics. The hospital staff are great, most doctors here are great and spent alot of time with my kid. Dr. Aledo is my daughter's main doctor, but he's hard to get in touch off. He's visit to my kid mostly under 10 mins. and when we wanted to get a second opinion, he was getting all meant and unhappy. From my personal experience. I don't think he's that well of a pediatric doc.

Dr. Aledo was very rude and unprofessional. Please reconsider taking your child to him, he said he doesn't have enough time to fill out specific paperwork for my child, even though the pediatrician referred me to him. He is not someone with any decent manners and has constant sarcastic comments. He made my child and I feel extremely uncomfortable. The bottom line - I would not recommend him to friends, family members, or anyone. Just being a doctor does not mean you can think lowly of others and carry a bloated head. Respect and courtesy is important.

Dr. Alex Aledo is a very intelligent, experienced, and empathetic doctor. I was a patient of his when I was 9 yrs old and went into remission of LCH of the spine when I was 12. I am now 23 yrs old and serve as an example that with good medicine, great doctors, and lots of support from family and friends, that your children can overcome anything. Any future questions that I had in post-chemo & radiation years, Dr. Aledo was quick to respond and was very helpful and informative. His staff would fax my old documents and records to my future doctors ASAP. Fantastic. I would recommend Dr. Aledo and his staff to ANYbody.
