Dr. Alexander Benton Legrand

Dr. Legrand left me disabled after a total knee replacement. He admitted post surgery to putting the wrong size replacement in my joint and it should be noted that he broke my femur while trying to force it in place. My surgery was rated a"D" on an A-F scale by a team of medical lawyers. I recently had my third surgery (by a different surgeon, obviously) trying to fix his mistakes and am left with a limp and an inability to make a full rotation on a bicycle. If I could go back in time I would have done more research prior to allowing this incompetent and arrogant individual operate on me.

Dr Legrand mistakenly really set me up for surgical failure, and I regret not telling more people sooner or if I had a time machine seek other options for more 2nd opinions. I visited Legrand by recommendation of a family friend explaining that this was the place and the dr to get my Simi complex mpfl surgery from. They bragged about how this was the office that handled all the MSU football players injuries during 2009-2012. I went. Surgery was conducted and I was sent home. Unattended with 12 staples misaligned in my once was soccer player worthy with a few bumps and bruises leg. They first stated the best way to correct the issue is two drill two over sized nails into the bone and later find out that wasn't the issue, remove the screws and take not one but 2 hamstring graphs to leave me with a leg that can not run or bend fully. I am hopeful I can be invited back because I have received no follow up. Or if there is anyone that has help for helpful long term care

Hey great surgeon but cheating fake and a liar

Dr Legrand and the staff at Bridger were absolutely wonderful. I had surgery 10 months ago and am a new person. I have always had the best of the best I am doing great. I recommend him for anything you need done. You are getting the best. Jason is also great and we have always been in super hands.

Dr. Legrand performed surgery on my knee. I had great results for how bad my fractue was. I would highly recomend him.
