Dr. Alexander Mora, MD

The staff is AWFUL! The receptionist is horrible with insurance/answering phones/basically everything on her job title. Dr.Mora's daughter is a nurse in his office, and has to be the rudest, most judgmental, indecent human being I've ever met. She literally looks at you in disgust if you even speak to her. I once told her have a nice day over the phone and she hung up without even saying goodbye. She submits the prescriptions to the pharmacy, which are ALWAYS wrong, never submitted, or are submitted days late. She must get this from her father. Dr.Mora has absolutely NO bedside manner. He is rude, he belittles you, literally yells at you, puts you down, and doesn't even let you speak. If you dare speak, he WILL absolutely make a disrespectful remark. If you dare say a specialist said xyz, he will laugh and say they are wrong. When I told him my (what I now found from new dr are extremely serious, potentially life threatening) symptoms, Dr.Mora actually said "so what". After the less… than 3 minutes he takes to walk in the room, yell at you, and then leave, you feel completely blindsided that this Dr even is still holding an active practice. Do yourself a favor, and find ANY other Dr, because this Dr and his daughter do not care about the patients one bit.

So difficult to book an appointment no one returns your calls. Nothing but automated messages with no live person ever.

Dr. Mora is a great doctor. His staff sucks, Erica is a rude all the time. He has a male medical assistant working there who is rude and thinks he is a gangster. He often thinks he can intimidate everyone, he is a NOBODY!! He is probably using a fake identity to work for Dr. Mora.

Dr. Mora is the BEST doctor I have ever visited! He treated my son for swine flu, and cured him so quickly! Dr. Mora is extremely kind and very lovi ...
