Don't listen to the negative reviews just listen to him as your doctor I think most of these bad reviews are fake or just bad blood

I highly recommend NOT visiting this doctor. I have been coming to this office for almost three years. I always had a nice lady who did my appointments, but the last couple of times I have had Dr. Norton. The last three times I have been at this office, has made me never want to come back. The time before last, the doctor wasn’t even in the office. The nurses said he had to go to the hospital. So they had me sit in a room, and told me they would tell me when he came back. I waited about 30 minutes, and when I was finally greeted my Dr. Norton, my appointment was rushed and took all of 3 minutes. The last time I was there, I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment since it was a procedure. I arrived at 11 for my 1115 appointment. I was not called back til 1130. After they took my weight and blood pressure, they had me waiting in the hallway, not even in a room. After 20 more minutes, I got up and said I had to leave. I had to work in an hour, and it didn’t look like I… would be getting seen anytime soon. Today, I went in to finish my appointment from last time. My appointment was at 115. At 145 I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be since my appointment was 30 minutes ago. She said she forget they need to collect a urine sample from me, and that’s probably what their waiting on. So she gives me the cup to pee in, and I am called back 10 minutes later. I get my weight and blood pressure checked again. I am directed to a room where I’m told to undress from the waist down. I wait for another 30 minutes. I end up putting my clothes back on, walking out, and telling the nurses I am leaving. It was 220 and my appointment was an hour ago. This is the third time they have done this to me, and I will not be returning for a fourth time disappointment. When I was talking to the nurses about leaving, Dr. Norton was in another room with a patient with the door open, heard me upset, and closed his door. This office is so unprofessional and rude. They should communicate when their doctor is running hours behind or not even in the office. People have lives and other obligations, and it is so inconsiderate to do someone.

Very bad experience at this place! I went for a check up and got hit with a bill of $500 with unnecessary lab tests, that I wasn't even informed are being done. Afterwards trying to contact the billing person and they never get back to me. Dishonest behavior, just trying to bump up your bill to make money!On top of that I asked not to be prescribed antibiotics because I'm allergic and they didn't even take this into consideration, they still did even though they could change the medication type. So disappointed of this place and the careless practitioners and employees!

I've never been given the chance to see Dr. Norton directly but his staff is incompetent. They don't send prescriptions when they're supposed to and half the time they don't even send out lab results for testing. They don't return phone calls either. Maybe they are understaffed but one thing is certain-they do not care about their patients. Save your money, save your time and go somewhere else.

Horrible doctor

Dr Norton came recommend to me by a few girls I work with, I've had severe periods my whole life they cause me to miss work and become low in iron. I first saw his p.a and she was nice but lost my pap test. When I saw Dr Norton we had to start over, he is a very smart Dr but lacks people skills and bed side manor but he got to the root of my problems skipping no step, he performed surgery and fixed my bleeding and removed my fallopian tubes, I wanted uterus removed but he said we have to try this 1st before we jump to that. Overall I trust him and his decision he is very busy but I just think he lacks bed side manor.

He is a good professional Doctor that I have

I expected a bit more during my visit. I discussed my plans to start a family and the doctor did not conduct a pelvic exam.

Dr.norton was a wonderful dr during my pregnancy and after. He delivered my baby 3 months early at 1 pound 6 oz. After a long 3 months in nicu hes home healthy and normal. If I ever had another I would definitely choose him again!

Great experience, Knowledge, never had a bad experience.
