I just called the office and got off the phone with this alleged physician - he didn't take the time to listen and just started blurting out to his secretary make sure you note that I am following up on this patient and advising they go to the hospital. Obviously, he was more concerned of covering up his lack of following up on patient care and the possiblity of being reprimanded or sanctioned than speaking to me about the situation. After I hung up - I looked him up on the internet and found these awful review and thought... ok, makes sense now. **this call was not for me but a family member that was not able to get the medications prescribed by him as URGENT but took over 12 days and never received them; so he referred her back to the hospital**

Dr. Alexis S. Guerra, is the most unprofessional Dr. in the State of Florida I have ever experienced. He is a Sad Example to the Medical Profession. If You or Your Family Members is assigned to this Dr. at Palm Springs Hospital, You will be Sorry!! His Bedside Matter is DISGUISTING and DEPLORABLE. He does not have time to Report or advise You of your Family Members condition. To say he is a PIG is an Insult to a Pig. I cannot believe someone like him is allowed to Practice Medicine in the State of Florida.
