After years of difficulty breathing through my nose, I had Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) with Dr. Archilla, an outstanding ENT Specialist. He removed several polyps, and the improvement in my breathing has been dramatic. Dr. Archilla's expertise and compassionate approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The follow-up care provided by him and his dedicated staff has been top-notch. I plan on continuing my care with Dr. Archilla for years to come and highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT Specialist. His professionalism, skill, and genuine concern for his patients' well-being make him an exceptional doctor.

Dr. Archilla really helped put my wife and I at ease when we found out that she was diagnosed with acromegaly, a macroadenoma pituitary tumor. He is courteous, honest, and cares for his patients. He has an excellent ability at putting things in lay terms. We would definitely recommend him and his team (Neurosurgeon Dr. John Cantando) to anyone.

Dr. Archilla is a fine doctor. His staff is simply horrible. They don't return calls. They send you an email when you want to make an appointment. Does anyone ever answer their phone? They send you an appointment request form by email, you fill it out and then they scold you for not calling their office to make an appointment. I've had enough. I've found another ENT just down the street with a much nicer staff and more organized office. Sorry Dr. Archilla - I think you need to hire better or move on yourself!

I have not yet seen Dr. Archilla, though you call his number and the appointment line asks you for information but doesn't even provide Office hours on the phone? I have a serious condition, and he is the only provider even close to me with no way of knowing if they are closed today or what?!!! this is totally ridiculous! If I had other choices I wouldn't even schedule an appointment there. They offer NO information on their outgoing message as to when he's available? UNBELIEVABLE!

I am thrilled to be a patient of Dr. Archilla's. Before he moved into the Boynton Beach area I could never get into see my Dr. for an emergency. Never! He was too busy. I contacted Dr. Archilla when my internist told me about him. I explained my need to see him if I had an emergency and felt that he would if an emergency occurred. I then began to go to him for regular check ups. He is very thorough, explains every detail and is extremely knowledgeable. I developed a cyst in my nose which was very painful and he took care of it magnificently. I had never been encouraged to have a hearing test and he suggested it after my telling him that I had a clicking in my left ear. It was found that I had a slight hearing loss in that ear. Dr. Archilla went a step further and I had a brain MRI to see what was happening. All turned out well and again we went over what could cause the clicking. It has since disappeared as he said it could after he was satisfied that it was nothing… serious. Dr. Achilla is very personable and patient. When I have an emergency as I did this weekend with a bad throat and severe nasal problems, he was willing to fit me into his heavily booked schedule when I called Monday morning. Yes, I am"thrilled" to be his patient. I feel so much better knowing that he is there and will respond to me if I truly need him. We are so fortunate that Dr. ARrchilla chose this are in which to practice.
