On April 24th Dr. Baaj performed a Posterior cervical discectomy and fusion on C3 - C6. Dr. Baaj is an amazing surgeon. He displays confidence in his ability that radiates into his patients. If you need any kind of spinal surgery you can not go wrong with Dr. Baaj and his team. They are at the top of their game.

You failed to successfully remove a T spine arachnoid web that was compressing my T spinal cord. I am a mechanical engineer and had to beg you to get a FIESTA-C MRI to prove to you, that it was not a continued compression caused by years of compression as you said. The FIESTA-C MRI, THAT YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN FIT TO ORDER FOR ANY PATIENT, proved you were wrong and that you can not successfully decompress a simple arachnoid web compression. Have you ever read other research papers that say to use FIESTA-C in cases where a regular MRI, due to CSF fluid artifacts, shows nothing worthwhile? Now, I have an arachnoid web as bad as when I came to you and you will not even respectfully say how you failed me IN WRITING.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Baaj is a super-star surgeon, doctor, and person. I had multi-level cervical disc disease causing compression of spinal cord. After meeting Dr. Baaj, I promptly scheduled my 3 level ACDF surgery. I am so happy I did! Surgery was smooth and I was up and walking a few hours later. Dr. Baaj visited me in the recovery room and again the following morning. My hospital stay was 24 hrs. Currently I am a few weeks post op and am doing very well.
