Dr.Zahrai is the best doctor I have been to. The only orthopedist who was able to diagnosis my pain. Very Grateful!

Scoliosis repaired with rods and pins along with three new disks! Two surgeries two days apart. Dr. Zahrai gave me a new life. Forever grateful.

Dr. Zahrai was the orthopedic surgeon on call when I was admitted with a severe ankle fracture. He repaired the three fractures I sustained in the fibula and tibia and saw me through the next five months of healing and recovery. Thanks to his surgical skill and patient-centered focus I am able to walk again. He is an exceptional surgeon and physician.

Amazing Surgeon!!! Dr Ali Zahrai recognized my desperate situation and scheduled my surgery within 30 days of initial visit. Immediately after waking from surgery I knew the surgery was 100% successful. Dr Zahrai was the 3rd surgeon I saw in Florida and the only one that said he could help me. I can walk like a normal human again and soon will be able to return to work after 2 years of uncertainty. Thank you Dr Zahrai Also Important to mention Dr Zahrai read my MRI and disagreed with my previous surgeons recommendation. This is important because the surgery Dr Zahrai performed was a success. If I had not found Dr Zahrai and allowed the surgeon from USF Health do the surgery It is scary to think about what my life would be like now. Again Thank You Dr Zahrai

I'm very grateful I met Dr.Zahrai. I was in so much pain when I first met him. He made me feel comfortable because he seemed confident in what he does. After surgery my back feels 100% better. I actually can't remember the last time my back has felt this good. Thank you can't say enough for what he did for me!

I had back pain for over 30 years, and now it is finally gone! The most troublesome symptom was leg pain, numbness, and weakness. Within a few days of surgery, the pain was gone, no more numbness, and I am working on getting back my full strength. Too many horror stories of surguries gone wrong had prevented me from considering surgery until I was referred to Dr. Zahrai. Immediately felt at ease and well-informed regarding the entire procedure and reccovery. He explained everything, answered questions, and gave me the confidence to have the surgery. This is the doctor that you want!
