Dr. Sims is caring and attentive and she and her staff patiently took time to help me with a medical problem even though it was close to closing time. I found the entire team to be warm and helpful. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Allison sims is very unprofessional rude and uncaring. She will not answer questions, talk over you, dismiss you and make you feel stupid. She should not be practicing. Dr. Alison’s Sims is not going to help you.

Dr. Alison Sims is the rudest most uncaring doctor I have encountered. She does not care about the pt’s well being nor answers any questions. She will dismiss you without answering and is extremely rude. She should not be in a position to provide care as she is clearly not competent nor caring. Very disappointed and sad at the way she treated me. This is not right.

Our whole family has followed Dr. Sims in her practice since our son fell off his bike 20 years ago and ripped open his chin. Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Urgent care do much better than our "doctor". No 3 week wait, no fee for preferred care. This care facility and Dr. Sims have been a life saver
