horrible staff. so rude.

Every time I come here (even before COVID although they'll try to blame that) I wait AT LEAST one hour. Staff is so rude if you try to say anything to them. Never going back.

Dr. Alissa Kaye and his father Dr. Gary Kaye are amazing. I love them both. I recommend all my friends to go with them.

Wonders doctor!!! She’s definitely not a alarmist, but also doesn’t take any chances.... that’s perfect for me. I have read some negative reviews, but for being in practice over 15 years I would expect that.

I booked an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner because I was coming in for a routine exam and thought this would be a no brainer. I came early for the requisite paperwork and after and hour and a half I finally was brought into a room. I spoke briefly with a nurse who took my health information and then said because I was a new patient, I would meet first with the NP in her office and then she would escort me back to the room for an exam. After waiting an additional ten minutes, no one came back to bring me into her office. I exited the room and the nurse who brought me in looked surprised when I said I was leaving. It was almost two hours now since I walked in. I then went to the reception desk to try and delete any info they had of mine where the office manager, who seemed to sense my anger, told me to wait ten minutes and I would be seen. At that point I'd had enough. I will find a practice that is more professional

Dr. Alissa Kaye is an amazing doctor. I have been seeing her (and Dr. Gary Kaye) for the past 10 years. She delivered my 2nd son and was completely supportive and encouraging! I have always found her to be direct, honest and flexible, which I TRULY appreciate. I do not understand some of the negative reviews of her bedside manner... I think she has a witty sense of humor and is kind and compassionate during more serious moments. The office staff is always pleasant and the wait times have drastically IMPROVED over the past 10 years. This pregnancy, I have not waited longer than 5-10 minutes max. Communication regarding test results and questions is excellent and always results in a prompt phone call. I am due to have my 3rd baby soon and know I am in good hands. We consider Dr. Kaye to be a great doctor, who has turned into a friend.

I originally came to the Kaye practice planning to use Dr Gary as my OB, but after a one-off visit with Dr Alissa, I switched right away to coming to her exclusively. Throughout my pregnancy she was patient, non judgemental and kind in her approach to my care. I never felt rushed in appts and she never made me feel silly for my questions and birth plans. I'm truly surprised to see such negativity as I've found her extremely personable. So she doesn't have the demeanor of a kindergarten teacher. She is a doctor! She was out of town for my actual delivery but continues to provide personalized respectful post partum care, and I plan on continuing using her practice from now on as my gynocologist.

I was look for a new doctor because I could go to my old one with being out of network and I was recommend to her and when I went for my appointment one is was a pain to make because they weren't flexible and two never asked if I wanted to see the father or her I got to the appointment asked me right there and then who I wanted and then asked the question then they had to push me back an hour which was very annoying and I thought Alissa was nice but she had coldness to her like she did want to be there when I got my results was comforting but what really bother me again was the staff and how rude they were and when I went to make my annual appointment is was like pulling teeth not flexible at all

This "Dr." is evil and I truly believe she takes pleasure using her power by being rude, and emotionally hurting people. Please stay far away.

She is rude, dismissive and mean. She brought me to tears. I would not go to her if she were the last Dr. on earth. Stay away. She should work for a funeral home. She has zero compassion or kindness,
