She helped me and my husband numerous times! We are with her for the 10+ years and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Whoever put 5 start is completely scam. I have experience with many doctors and want to assure you that she is very negligent, rude and unprofessional physician. As soon as I complained on flank pain she without asking any questions such as location, intensity, radiation of pain, and looking and palpating stated that it was radiculitis. But when I questioned her opinion she said that I need to take Xanax because I worry a lot. This is just unbelievable. When’s I expressed her my concern about her judgment in making diagnoses without even looking at the patients and asking questions she immediately offered me to seek another doctor. Her secretary is just complete disaster. I agree with opinion about this doctor and her secretary in this review. Secretary is very rude, screaming at the ptients, hand up the phone, express clinical opinion about the patient not being a doctor. When I complained about the secretary to Dr. Shustarovich she’s said that she is aware but has her own reason to… keep her. She’s didn’t not tell me that’s she would speak with her. To make long story short, if you respect yourself and do not want to put in danger your health do not even think to go to this doctor. To be a doctor Isl a privilege rather than right. This doctor should not have this privilege to treat the patients.

First i want to say that receptionist old lady is such a nasty thing!! Cant even call her a person. She puts her nose into peoples business and acts like she is an actual doctor. Dont know why doctor still keeps her as a receptionist. Doctor herself doesnt know anything. I told her that i might have a urinary infection because i had a specific smell. She didnt even take a sample of urine, didnt ask any questions but went right away and prescribed me antibiotics. Its like i gave a diagnosis myself. Why is she there then?? Then i asked her for the referal to gynecologist and she asked why? I said that i need one, and her response was " do you think i know less than gynecologist? Ask me everything!" She refused to give me referal, prescribed antibiotics without even checking me and overall my experience with her was bad!!!! Dont recommend her to anyone if you are concerned about your health!!!

I went to the doctor with a bronchitis, an emergency visit. Can't say anything bad about the doctor herself, but her receptionist is an extremely rude woman with the airs of completely unjustified superiority about herself. Just because of her, I'll probably be seeking another doctor. Can't stand talking to her on the phone.

Wonderful doctor, easy to get an appointment. Staff was wonderful. The physician is very professional, easy going and listens to patient. Follow up, reviewed everything with me, very patient. I will definitely recommend her to everyone looking for a terrific doctor.
