I have had multiple surgeries and find Dr Harrington to be excellent in every way. He is gentle and I feel I am always in good hands.

I had a basal cell carcinoma removed by Dr.Harrington. The procedure was scheduled for 10:30 in the morning. I was finally seen about 12:30. Only one layer was taken during the procedure. However, it left a horrible scar, which just happens to be on my upper lip. I went back to see my dermatologist for my six month check up and she suggested I go see him to see if he can improve the scar. I scheduled an appointment. I was on time for my appointment. I waited for an hour and still had not been taken back. Although, five other people who came in after I did were taken back. He doesn't want to fix the mistakes he makes. I would not recommend him at all!!

Dr. Harrington....what can I say except ~ THANK YOU!!.. He should change his name to "Dr. Thorough". My husband was recently his patient -who had a nasty skin cancer issue -on his face- and Dr. Harrington was very very thorough -and until he was ABSOLUTELY sure---all the bad tissue was OUT and the slide was "clean"- was my husband finally finished. STAFF is very very nice. Thank you Katie...and everyone else! A few notes to future patients and care takers (like me) : you'll be there "a while" because they biopsy - everything -there -on site, until they are absolutely sure- the tissue is clean. Thus: bring: i-pads/books/knitting (I did) - wi fi available in the office---so I just hung out and played candy crush/read/knitted/surfed for about 3 + hours. Bottom line- hubby is now HEALTHY---and everyone was very efficient-very nice-and very very thorough. My grade for the whole experience? A+

The surgery was rushed, the staff was inexperienced and my pain was managed very poorly. I've had this procedure performed before and thought I knew what to expect. Dr. Harrington performed the excision well, but was too impatient to start to let the Lidocaine take affect. I was in pain and scared and Dr. Harrington was in and out, letting the rest of the staff take care of the majority of the post-op. I would not recommend this doctor or practice to anyone else.

Showed up early, got in early and was operated on. Shin cancer was reomoved on one operation. Doctor read my medical history, gentle for operation and made sure I knew what to do to care for wound after the operation.
