Dr. Allen Jack Moses, DDS

Dr. Moses' primary endeavor is the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive general dentistry. He has a special interest, expertise and board certification in the diagnosis and treatment of craniofacial pain and temporomandibular disorders, and has authored “Controversy in Temporomandibular Disorders: Clinicians’ guide to Critical Thinking.” Dr. Moses holds an appointment as an assistant professor at Rush University College of Medicine, Department of Psychology/Sleep Disorders and Surgery, where he teaches and constructs oral appliances to treat sleep apnea and snoring. He is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Craniofacial Pain.
Dr. Moses earned his B.S. and D.D.S. degrees from the University of Illinois. He served in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps, where he rose to the rank of Captain. He has received several honorary degrees in craniofacial pain and craniomandibular orthopedics, and has authored dozens of articles, reviews …and abstracts in the field.
