In 1998 I was struck by lightning while playing golf. Dr. Teman was instrumental in my recovery. I would recommend him highly.

Excellent physician. I had been to two prior neurologists, and one orthopedist. Ortho suggested I see Dr. Teman. I told him what happened. He checked for winging of my scapula--something I did not even realize I had--and made a rare Dx of Parsonage Turner Syndrome. Looked it up, exactly what I have.

After reading so many reviews on here, I don't know how people are saying that their wait time is 5 or 10 minutes. I have been to this doctor's office about 3 different times and their waiting area has had about 1 or no patients waiting. I have waited over 1 hour waiting to see the doctor. He is a nice guy but he is NOT great at communicating properly with his patients. Every time I go in and ask questions regarding results, he is ALL over the place and I feel lost. I almost feel as if he is no so knowledgeable about his field. I am beginning to look for another neurologist that can communicate better and explains things better that doctor Teman. Also, when I express some of the symptoms I had, he couldn't explain what the problem could be so he would say he isn't familiar with it and will brush it up and move on to the next symptom. I also read another review that he told a patient he wasn't familiar with migraines. I thought that is what a neurologist goes to school for, to learn… about the "central nervous system" and things related to it. Not happy at all!
