Dr. Alma Jared Garcia, DO

Alma J. Garcea, DO has been fantastic. I was an an excruciating amount of pain due to a shoulder injury which turned into a rare nervous system condition. It was a terrifying and agonizing experience. Dr. Garcea was a lifesaver. I was 1 week out from starting Graduate school, recently moved to Seattle, unable to work, and had priorly experienced a pretty traumatic year. I had just had a terrible experience with a doctor before him so was sort of at my wits end. Not only did he get me the medication I needed to reduce the insane pain I was experiencing, he listened to very carefully to me and accurately diagnosed and treated the underlying condition so I was well enough to attend class by the next week. I felt respected as a human being and cared for. Being a Health professional myself, I understand the value in this. I cannot tell you what a relief and the level of gratitude I have. I continue to see him years later. He is professional, knowledgable, caring and willing to… listen. I definitely recommend this doctor.

I originally saw this doctor in January, the doctor did nothing to diagnose my ongoing injuries that are over five years old. this doctor did not care, treated me as though I was lying about my pain and seeking drugs. this doctor even referred L&I to do an IME. after reestablishing with a good doctor that cares and a little bit of Dr work they discovered I have a herniated disc in my neck that has been causing all of my pain for 5 years now. unfortunately with the horrendous care and recommendation from this doctor it affected me greatly financially and in every other way. do not see this doctor he's a that works for L&I not you.

not happy with this doctor's treatment. doesn't listen to patients needs. Personally having experience with accredited amazing dr's in the past, Dr Alma falls short in experience and care.
