Dr. Patel did a WEB procedure on my brain aneurysm. He reviewed the MRI and CT scan that were done at my local hospital and determined that WEB embolization, a noninvasive procedure, would be appropriate for the size and location of it. I met Dr. Patel on the day of procedure , which did not bother me since I live over two hours from Mass General. When I did meet Dr. Patel, he answered all last minute questions that I had. The procedure went well and I went home the next day. I realized that this doctor is a gifted neurosurgeon and I did not have to worry as much as I did. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone who needs a neurosurgeon for any of the many areas he specializes in.

Doctor seemed preoccupied with having me get an angiogram. Other doctors did not recommend it. I got another doctor

excellent surgeon and doctor. Explained everything to us and took his time. Saved my mom's life.

Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor. Took care of my mom and save her life. Explained everything in detail and took his time to explain everything. Excellent bedside manner.

Excellent doctor who took the time to explain everything. I didn't feel rushed at all. The best was that the surgery went as expected and the recovery was faster than I expected. Very talented surgeon.

Excellent doctor with great bed side manner. Answered all my questions in detail. Eventually had surgery for my aneurysm and he was very skilled. Grateful for him!!!

I saw Dr. Patel at MGH for a brain aneurysm. He and his nurse took the time to explain the disease, options, plan going forward and expected recovery. They each did this independently and it was nice to hear it twice. He reassured me that I did not have a ticking time bomb, unlike other doctors I saw and explained that only some aneurysm aneurysms need to be treated. My did require treatment and I had my aneurysm treated. I am doing great. He gave me my life back. If you have a brain aneurysm or vascular problem you definitely have to see Dr. Patel.

Excellent. I saw him after seeing three other Boston doctors. He is the only one who spent the time explaining all the options for my brain aneurysm. Made me feel very comfortable. I was so nervous before. Had my aneurysm treated and everything went as expected. Office staff was excellent as well.

Was seen by a nurse. Only saw physician for a few minutes. He wanted to do a test others thought not needed
