I strongly believe that clients already possess the strength they need to overcome past hurts and reach their mental health goals. I believe it is my privilege to walk alongside you in your journey and empower you to use your own strengths to solve problems and achieve your goals. I enjoy working with clients from any age or background. I treat a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma. I have a special interest in working with woman suffering from abusive relationships, co-dependency, or parenting issues.
I have over 15 years of experience in the counseling field. I have a master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I use various techniques in sessions including CBT, DBT, Person-centered, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I also enjoy using play therapy with children. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
