I asked him for a refund because he sent me on my way without even examining me and he said "you can have your f'ing refund don't come back. I only do this to put a roof over my families head and you're a waste of time"

I have always had a wonderful experience at Patient First until I met Dr. Athwal. He was verbally abusive, rude, and I felt violated when I left there. When I began telling him about my medical history, he told me he didn't care about my care and at the end told me to never come back to Patient First. I was his last patient of the day and apparently he was just having a bad day. Doctors can sometimes be short- they put up with a lot- I understand that- but I have never seen such unprofessionalism from a Doctor, much less a medical director in my life. The rest of the staff was extremely professional and polite.
