Dr. Amber Rae Hennenhoefer, DO

I found that she isn't informative about my treatment or care. I shouldn't have to pull the information out of her. I feel like she's scratching her head to figure out what to do next. Not once has she gone over X-ray or CT scan results, yet she requires me to come in and go over the MRI results. She won't do a telemed appointment to go over the MRI results. Stop wasting my time, you've never done it before what makes me believe you will now? I think it’s so she can charge the insurance for an office visit? I find it odd that she never actually examines me yet her notes don't match the office visit at all. Questions and typing into a computer can't possible give an accurate assessment of anyone. My injury has gotten worse from the treatment she has prescribed. I want a doctor that doesn't seem confused about how to treat me. Less lackadaisical when I am telling her how much pain I am in. She isn't the right match for me.

I been seeing this doctor for years now . She a great doctor I give here all the stars. But find it hard to give anyone 100% on everything. But she close she payed back and we’ll talk to you about everything. She tacks time to answer any questions you have . I don’t like doctors much but me and my wife both see here and I would not change it !

Amber R Hennenhoefer, DO is VERY good at what she does. She takes time with you, makes you feel comfortable, answers your questions and doesn't push you to have things done that you don't want to have done. I only wish she was in General Practice, she would be my primary care doctor. I highly recommended her.

I saw Dr. Hennenhoefer after suffering an injury. Her office worked me in immediately and promptly scheduled my testing and subsequently, my physical therapy. Everyone I dealt with at the office was courteous and extremely helpful. Dr. Hennenhoefer had a wonderful bedside manner, was very caring and patiently answered all of my questions. I feel fortunate to have been under her care and highly recommend her.

Dr Hennenhoefer saw my stepson for a knee injury. We were able to be seen right away and after she discovered the severity of the injury she was able to get us into one of her partners right away for surgery. She has a great bedside manner, spent time with us and her staff was great. I would recommend her without hesitation.
