Dr. Ambrish Kumar Gupta

Dr. Gupta's office is very unprofessional. My insurance said that a procedure they had scheduled was not covered and I was not informed by Dr. Gupta's office prior to taking the exam. This is extremely unprofessional, every doctor I've been to would have informed me prior to taking the exam. I am considering my options going forward to remedy this matter.

I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Gupta, having only seen him twice, but I am so far very impressed. Very knowledgeable and experienced Doctor with a great personality and really easy to talk to. Happy to have found him.

This Dr. Just care about money, not patients. They charged me for unnecessary workups, and finally a wrong diagnosis! Never ever go back there again...

long ago correct diagnosis of heart issues and subsequent life saving recommendation received. I took the advice and am living a life longer than would have been the case otherwise. Signed: "Grateful."

I specifically requested to be seen by Dr. Gupta and not one of his associates. I was assured I would be seen by him. I have been a patient of his for several years and not only could the staff not find my chart, but when the doctor came in to see me, it was one of his associates. Dr. Gupta was unavailable. This is not the first time this has happened. I will be looking for a new doctor.

This practice is a mess. Both my husband and I went here for check ups and both of us had to wait 30+ minutes each time. The first time I went they forgot about me and I was sitting in the room for 45 min waiting to see the doctor. They never called me or my husband back with important test results. They lost my husband's chart. We had to call them 2-3 times to get our results after waiting over a week with no calls. Then when I called they cut me off twice...maybe they don't know how to use the phone? I've never had such a bad experience with a doctor's practice before. The young female doctor was nice and helpful...but the rest of the practice was so awful neither one of us is going back and we changed out primary care physician.

I visited the doctor to complete my flight physical. I was taken care of immediately. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

If you can get in to see Dr. Gupta (A) you will not regret it. I saw an ER doctor and another internist who could not diagnose an enflamed gall bladder full of gall stones. It took Dr. Gupta 5 minutes. I do feel rushed when I see him and I sometimes think he does needless tests that I end up paying for because the insurance will not cover it. But I am extremely happy with him. They are slow to bill. The office staff could be better - they are extremely busy. Dr. Gupta does not follow up with you - that is one bad thing. He will request blood work - then another doc will call with the results, not knowing why you were tested in the first place.

I am planning to persue all possible legal actions against Dr. Ambrish Gupta as I have heard many reports of indecent remarks and touching by Ambrish Gupta. This guy comesup eventhough the lady patient specifically asks for a lady doctor. I suspect the filipino staff working there are accomplice to this criminal activity because of their situation. I think his behavior becomes worst when he knows the patient is not a citizen.
