Horrible bedside manner and lack of communication

I was recently put on an insulin pump and have had many low blood sugar conditions. One I had to call 911 and the other I had a blackout at Walgreens and rushed to the Hospital for 4 day reading of 27 on blood sugar - Poor research on my condition, and I feel I can't get in touch with anyone in the office to get new insulin Novalog - this office did not send any prescription authorizations to my Walgreens. Poor organization or management processes. I will be finding another doctors to help me manage my diabetic condition. T Hughes

I’m been seeing him for over 14 years. I trust him and his assistant is on top of things. In the past the front desk girls were rude, but the ones now are good. New and Better location too.

Contact with the office is impossible; only takes voice messages and fails to return them. Promised (hospital or laboratory) orders are (frequently) not submitted as promised. A true 'failure to communicate!'

Since seeing Doctor Rahman for Thyroid and Hormone issues he has helped me more than words can say. He is a wonderful listener and so understanding regarding how devestating these health issues can be in your everyday life. He has changed my life and am so thankful for his expertise.
