Remember Dr Amit sarasbudre fights like Heck * AGAINST injured workers in the state of Arizona industrial commission. I want to clarify that I did not authorize Dr. Amit Sarasbudre to access my medical records. Dr. Sarasbudre is an orthopedic surgeon in Arizona who also functions as an independent medical examiner (IME) for insurance companies handling workers’ compensation claims. I had an Independent Medical Examination with Dr. Sarasbudre related to my workers’ compensation claim from NOVEMBER 2015. During the evaluation, I… was in significant pain in both shoulders due to a serious work injury. Dr. Sarasbudre claimed in court that I refused to remove my shoulder brace, which was not true. I believe this misrepresentation affected the outcome of my case. I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Amit Sarasbudre and staff during a shoulder injury visit. The brace was not removed for proper evaluation, and when I asked about it, the response I received felt dismissive and was attributed to my prior review, which was surprising and unprofessional. I left without confidence that my injury was properly assessed. Patients should expect a thorough physical exam and respectful communication—unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. In my experience, the evaluation felt very brief and did not appear to fully consider my medical history or documentation related to my injury. Following this evaluation, my claim was denied by the insurance company and the Industrial Commission of Arizona. As a patient, I felt that my concerns and the extent of my condition were not adequately reflected in the final report. Workers’ compensation cases can significantly impact health, livelihood, and financial stability. Evaluations in these cases should be thorough, fair, and carefully consider all available medical evidence. I encourage others going through workers’ compensation evaluations to be informed about the IME process and to maintain complete copies of their medical records. For context, my primary care physician for over 15 years, Dr. Battersby, provided compassionate, patient-centered care. He treated me with empathy and always prioritized my well-being, even during times when I could not afford care. Dr. Battersby’s dedication and professionalism contrast sharply with my experience in the IME process.

Dr. Amit is the Best orthopedic surgeon I have ever come across. He fixed both of my rotator cuffs and did an amazing job. Thank you Dr. Amit! Go see him!!!

I felt very confident in Dr. Amit before getting ACL surgery. Being 6 months post op I feel incredible.

This is my second experience with Dr. Amit and all went great. I unfortunately will be seeing him again for yet another third procedure on a different body part, but I am sure all will turn out great.

My surgical experience with Dr, Amit Sahasrabudhe was a life changer. He was thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do and the risks involved. He made me feel comfortable and very confident in his demonstrated knowledge and experience. I would not hesitate for a second to refer him to someone who needed an orthopedic surgeon. I was asked to do a review on this office. Scottsdale office shows on all website information, although DR amit is only there 1 day a week for a few hours. Mesa/Gilbery office is confusing to find location. Doctors office is a bad location. Really hard to find is it gilbert or mesa? I walked into office it has a bad smell. Office staff seems to be lost in another world. Girl at the front was nice although she didnt talk to me right away. Through many hours of research i did found out Dr Amit SahasRabudre Is employed by large insurance companys fighting against injured workers Arizona. This Doctor is called an IME -Independant medical Doctor. As a read many forums and blogs regarding workmans compensation. Apparently, These IME Doctors dictate bogus reports against every injured worker that walks into their office. Of Course the insurance companies will pay large forthese bogus report. These bogus medical report will get employees essential medical benefits denied. Dr Amit is… contracted and paid big bucks by large insurance companies. These IME Doctors are taking away money from injured workers every day. Research for yourself or ask Dr Amit if he works with large insurance companys. Cant find it anywhere on his website that Dr Amit SaHasrabudre is an IME because he does not want his clients to know hes working both sides of the insurance companys. Extremely sad review! Also researched his schooling was done in a foreign country, fighting against injured workers In the U.S.A. Go figure.

I came to ASMC due to knee pain that hindered me from playing baseball. I am 50 yrs old and wanted to continue being activ for many years to come. I had a somewhat complex meniscus tear (intersecting radial and horizontal tears) and surgery was the suggested path forward.. Dr. Sahasrabudhe was referred to me by 2 people. He performed my surgery and I was on my feet immediately afterwards. After 6 weeks of Physical Therapy. I feel better than I have in many years. I am 100% with no pain and no complications along the way. I am very pleased with the process and results.

After tearing my ACL playing softball, I was so freaked out about needing surgery. This was the first time I had injured my knee and when I read up about the reconstruction and recuperation time I was very nervous and sad. My first appointment, Dr Amit and his staff made me feel confident and empowered me to make this knee come back stronger than it was before. I am almost at 6 months post op and no one can even tell I had surgery. As far as how I feel, if I stay sitting too long it takes a few steps to loosen up but I find myself jogging up the stairs with out a single thought. I am very grateful for the great surgeon and positive person Dr Amit is and how he helped me get on the other side of the dreaded ACL reconstruction.

Dr. Amit and his staff were all very professional. I had a complicated situation with my knee and was prepared for surgery. Dr. Amit was determined to find the problem and then a solution even if it did not involve surgery. He listened to me as I explained what was going on and asked the questions necessary to understand the problem. Although I had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seen at every appointment, it was worth it. I could tell that the reason I had to wait was because he was being thorough with all his patients.
