Dr. Amour Fe Johnson, MD

Dr. Johnson was so nice and made me feel completely welcomed and at ease. She took time to answer all of my questions regarding menopause and giving me sound advice on the numerous options for hot flash relief! Very nice friendly doctor and I recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist!

My appointment with her was at 11am and she was running behind, so then by the time I got called back was about 11:26am and then I had to wait again for about 15-20 minutes to actually see her because once again she was running behind.. and then she was very short with her words and didn’t even seem to care that I was in a accident recently to discuss the problems I am having ...... short story is I requested another doctor for my next appointment

Dr. Amour M. Johnson was the WORST doctor I have ever seen. I had an appointment to review the ultrasound results for the cysts I have on my ovaries. When Dr. Johnson walked in she was immediately patronizing & condescending. While I was telling her about the debilitating pain I am enduring she was rolling her eyes and acting as if I was annoying her. She then told me that my chronic condition which I was taken away in an ambulance this year for was completely normal and there was nothing she would do. She refused to prescribe me medicine to ease the pain and made me feel like I was a drug addict just trying to get narcotics. While reading some of her other reviews I realize that she has done this to other vulnerable woman as well. In the end of our short 5 minute visit I told her she had horrible bedside manner. She held up both hands and mockingly said "Bye Bye" and left the room. I have been crying for days because of the treatment I received by Dr. Johnson. Avoid her at ALL COSTS!

Dr Johnson was my obgyn and because of my weight was made to feel ashamed by several doctors, Dr Johnson was kind and understanding I wasn't going to lose over a hundred pounds to be a perfect patient, I was pregnant and needed care not humiliation. She was amazing and funny and I felt like I received the best care by a doctor who loves her job instead of feeling like they drew the short straw to be my doctor. I highly recommend her.

Suffered with a large assortment of female reproductive issues for years. Last five years were the worst and I'd seen every doctor in my old doc's office, with no answers, just more questions and suffering. A friend recommended Dr. Johnson and it's the best choice I ever made! Just one month and two appointments later, Dr. Johnson had answers for me on everything, identified the issues and gave me options for paths forward. She did in weeks what no other doctors did in years! She instantly made me feel extremely comfortable, she's very thorough, has excellent bedside manner, she's knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things and let you ask questions. She just recently performed my hysterectomy (flawlessly might I add, despite all the obstacles my body presented for her), she visited throughout my recovery and talked with me. Hands down, the best OB/GYN I've seen in over 30 years! I will never go to any other doctor!

Dr. Amour Johnson was the worst doctor I have seen. Her bedside manner was awful! I could barely have a conversation with her about anything. When I would say something, she'd have something negative or condescending to reply with. I can't even begin to go into detail about today's visit, but, I have NEVER left a doctor's appointment crying because of the way I was treated. I am a very reasonable adult and can be spoken to that way. It was as if I was taking up too much of her time and everything I was experiencing was my fault and she wanted me to suffer because of it. What in the world?! Just avoid her at all costs. The other staff I encountered at my visit were just fine.

I will never see this doctor again. I was supposed to be watched for a vanishing twin reabsorption. 4 weeks prior I was diagnosed with a cyst. I am currently 16.2 wks pregnant with my 4th. The past week and a half the area where the cyst is has been causing me a tremendous amount of discomfort. Walking, standing and sitting are uncomfortable. I called the office and was told to see the MD on Friday voice my concerns, if anything happened to call right away. I told the MD about it and all I was told was it was only 1 cm (4 wks ago) and its RL pain. I know RL pain, this is different, I cannot even lift my 1 y/o. No US to check the cyst or the vanishing sac to check progress. I was made to feel that I was looking for surgery or narcotics. She did not review my history, the meds that other MDs in the practice prescribed, the 10 day stress induced coma, nothing. Not even my weight loss. I voiced my concern about having to walk with my 3 y/o and 1 y/o 7 miles a day, plus taking a bus with… the amount of pain that I have. I was told to get a stroller. The total amount of time spent with her was about 10 minutes. This was the first time in my 14 years of child bearing that I left an OB's office crying.

Doctor Johnson works in an office with several other wonderful doctors. I was a high risk pregnancy with many many complications and they took very good care of me. I was seen by all the doctors in this practice and delivered by Dr. Johnson. I was in labor for 34 hours and Dr. Johnson was with me the entire time. She helped me through my labor by providing encouragement and allowing my body the time it needed to deliver naturally. Dr. Johnson and the entire team at Complete Womens Care are should be given 5 stars. Also, the staff at the office was always kind and courteous.
