Dr. Gonroff is very kind and compassionate. She is also very thorough and open to questions. She never makes you feel silly for asking any type of question and takes the time to explain in depth. She also gives a thorough exam and covers all tracks best of her abilities. She genuinely cares for her patients and wants what’s best for them. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Gonroff is thorough, kind, intelligent, and easy to talk to. She has personally called with test results in the evening long after the practice is closed for the night. I couldn’t be happier with how she cares for my three children.

Doctor Gonroff is an excellent doctor!! She's very thorough and enjoys her job. Very nice person & loves kids! One of the best doctors Child Health has..love her!!!!

She is very kind and personable but her professionalism is lacking. Average wait time for appointment is an hour plus. She asks the same standard home safety questions each visit leaving little to no time for actual medical concerns. Always late and has even left the room in the middle of our scheduled appointment to see to another doctors patient. Incredibly over cautious with trivial health concerns and has forced us to take baby to the ER when it wasn't necessary. Yet misdiagnosed a serious skin infection and we had to see another doctor to get the correct care. She gives qquestionable hygiene advice such as, do not use soap at bath time and use Vaseline only for diaper rash (which actually makes it much worse). The nurses at this office act like they are on lunch break all day and you will have to greet them to be acknowledged. Also, they do not have handicap access to the main entrance and you will have to go through three heavy doors in a row which can be very difficult for moms… with babies and all the things baby requires.
