Dr. Amy Lynn Hayes, MD

Dr Amy Hayes is awesome. She sees both of my kids and has always been so wonderful. She takes the time to communicate with my kids and answer all of my questions. She has a great bedside manor and really puts my kids at ease. I highly recommend Dr Hayes and her staff!

Dr Amy is a nice person with great bedside manners and is great with kids. But unfortunately, she wasn't able to make an accurate diagnosis of my kid's condition which prolonged her suffering

We decided to to go to Dr. Hayes, for my two kids, both on the Autism spectrum. Also, my younger one is on an alternative vaccine schedule. I explained all of that to the admin that was making our appointment. He said there should not be any problem because our doctors have plenty of kids on the spectrum disorder. Then later, I get a call from the nurse, saying Dr. Hays believes she is not "a good fit" for your kids!! So, I asked that means she is rejecting us? and the nurse said " unfortunately yes, I am going to cancel your appointment". Dr. hayes if your are reading this, know this that my kids are not a pair of shoes for you to fit. They are kids with a condition that has afflicted many families and what they need from you is your helping hand not your rejection. She is uncompassionate as a doctor , not to mention unethical. I am just wondering had I not initially told the office about my kid's condition and actually saw the doctor, what would have happened then, would she… have just kicked us out of her office?!! Dr. Hayes, it takes more than prescribing amoxicillin for strep. throat to be a physician. I hope you learn someday. Best of wishes.

Dr.Hayes is so sweet. I have three children and she always asks how the other one's are doing if they are not with me. She does not hesitate to answer my crazy questions and will offer free samples of medication since I pay out of pocket and I do not have insurance. She is great with my kids and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Her front office staff is wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say about the PAD practice.

Dr Hayes wait me and my 3 years old for 55 minutes and she did not show up. I had to pick up my other son from school and I left the office after nurse promise me in your come back Dr not going to waste your time anymore. For the Second time I went to office after pick up my son. she came to the room. She did not have proper autoscope for kids and the head light was too long for kids ears. she asked my son to open his mouth but she did not bent to look in his throat. My son had flu. According other experiences I observed that doctors look at the end of the mouth not at your lower front teeth when you have soar throat. Her time management was so poor. Her patient exam was a show off which took her 5 minutes. I hope she understand people's time has limitation and if she is behind her schedule and can not see the next person at least reschedule them and do not make them wait for one hour.
