Amy Hernandez, MEDICAL, DOCTOR, MD

In my opinion, Dr. Hernandez has a poor bed side manner. I went to see her for allergy issues, so she checks my ears and notices small buildup, but nothing else. Dr. explains that I have no allergy issues and I can try some over the counter products. I have no idea what kind to use and I ask her what kind? She replied, "The ones for your nose or something to that affect". I needed a name of a product. There are so many products at the store. Anyway, the Dr. said that I should have my ear cleaned out, so I agreed. I receive a bill in the mail for an extra $10.67, for having my ears cleaned and I never really had my sinus issues addressed. I have no problem paying the money for cleaning, but I did not go in for that issue and my ears weren't bothering me. What I have learned from this, is to never go back to her. I am extremely unhappy with her as a Dr. and she is fairly fresh out of school. Maybe that's why.
