Dr. Amy Kleinklaus-Lee

Dr Amy should be cloned! She is a professional with a heart of hold. She listens, she comforts and she cares. I never feel like a patient number. I love her and her demeanor. My friends go to her, as well as my daughter.

She was very competent and kind. She has been my doctor for many years and I continue to be grateful for he compassion, knowledge and skill.

Dr used a C Section procedure that prevented my ability to ever attempt a VBAC.

Extremely rude, incompetent and unprofessional lady. Doesn't have any bedside manners and demonstrates lack of knowledge of her profession. Doesn't respect patient's privacy and concerns. I am in a utter shock to read any positive comments about her. If you are able to see another doctor, please go elsewhere.

I am new to the area and researched this doctor and chose her because her "specialty" fit what ailed me. On my first visit, I liked her very much, on my 2nd visit we had discovered that I would need surgery on my issue. On her advisement, she had expressed a certain amount of urgency for the surgery. She told me that she would call me in 2 days to schedule a date for the surgery. That was over a 1-1/2 months ago and she still has not called me. I called 4 times in the course of a week, left messages, spoke with her nurses (all of which were indifferent). I had to go to the medical office and pick up all of my records and move on to another doctor. No courtesy call, apology, not anything. She could have had a nurse call me back but I was completely disregarded. It was a terrible, terrible experience to have to go through in a time where I was not well, needed surgery and then had to deal with a doctor that is completely irresponsible in dealing with her time and patients. I would not… send my worst enemy to her.

She is one of the best Doctor's I have ever had. She has a unique way of combining warm and compassion bedside manners with excellent diagnostic skills. What a great representative of the medical community. All Doctor's should be like her.

She has since moved to Chicago, but I went to her for years and she is a great doctor.
