i was sent to dr knapp to be tested for an injury from 1998 - i was interviewed by dr knapp and one of her techs did an evaluation of me through a test - dr knapp refuses to finalize my report and wont return calls with an explanation as to why - looks like they take your money but refuse to deliver on services paid for

Dr. Knapp was extremely thorough in her testing, diagnosis and treatment. She understood my limitations and too a lot of time to explain my testing results in my language terms, wonderful aftercare, and very sweet and kind. You cannot go wrong with having her as your doctor.

I waited two months for my appointment and i was told it was at 8:30, when I got there the counter lady was rude and didn't care what I had to say. She made it clear I would not be seen and they would reschedule me for a month out...I've already been waiting 2 months. I said I would wait all day if need be. But she wouldn't hear it. They talk down to you and make you feel like you don't matter. I needed this memory test done to submit to an insurance company but that's all messed up now...don't use this place!!!

Dr. Knapp is kind, warm, friendly, and concerned. She is a pleasure to visit with.

I found absolutely nothing negative about Dr. Knapp. During my visits I found her kind,, humorous, interested, and caring. She is easy to speak with even if the topic is sensitive. She gave me confidence and made me feel at ease, almost as talking with a friend
