Dr. Amy M Saleh, MD

Saw Amy Saleh on 5/28/25 for a 3pm appointment. Waited in the waiting room for approximately 20 minutes, I was then called back to a room where me and my son waited another 35 minutes for Amy to come in. She said nothing was working so my next step was surgery. My voice was very hoarse, I asked her if it has anything to do with my sinuses. She stated I saw you two years ago for hoarseness, she looked at my throat and never mentioned it again. I just recently received my summary of the appointment. This woman LIED about everything, she spent 5 minutes with me, never showed me my CT scan, never explained why this is happening and NEVER discussed with me the risks of having surgery. Five minutes, once I show you the report, you will see how it is impossible to spend 5 minutes with someone and tell them everything she said we discussed. Her bedside manner was so terrible, I went home and called my PCP for a referral for another doctor. She also proceeded to tell me three doctors quit… because they weren't getting paid enough money. And I want someone like that operating one me. This WOMAN IS A COMPLETE LIAR. I will contact the A.M.A and NYS department of Health, office of professional conduct. You can't just make up your own notes to make it look better for you. You are a LIAR and if you can lie like that to a patient in the office, I can't imagine your bedside manner after surgery.
