Don’t waste your time or money he is dismissive and will not listen to your problems. No matter what you say to him

Dr. Reyes was very rude to me. I waited in his office for 1 hour and 45 min before being seen and when I told him so all he could say is it takes as long as it takes and he can refer me to another doctor. He did examine me and at the end he did say he was sorry although I don’t believe he was. Anyway I did not make a follow up appointment with him and proceeded to get another doctor myself the same day. I would not refer that office to anyone.

Extremely rude, like others have said, interrupted me when telling him my history of sinus issues. Informed me that he knew what he was talking about as he "had went to school for 15 years." and that my sinuses were not a problem. At the end of the exam, ordered a CT scan of my sinuses. How ironic.

1st appointment made me cry ... talked down to me ...told me I didn't believe him because I asked him questions 2 nd appointment gave me a diagnosis 3 rd appointment told me he never told me what he had told me at the 2 nd appointment 4 th appointment ... won't be one

Told me I possibly could have oral cancer, Left there crying headed straight to my dentist of 15 yrs who calmed me down I think he is trying to make money on a biopsy.dhoved tubes up my nose down my throat and continue to gag and he didn't care I wouldn't send my enemy there he should not be a dr

My son went to Dr Reyes with a tonsil issue and not we were more than happy with his care...Dr Reyes was kind..gentle...explained everything and took his time...would definitely recommend.

Saved my life. Identified cancer missed by my primary md. Lucky I found him . SA2 me, scheduled a biopsy and 2 years later I am alive. I could not Thank him enough !

While talking my history would ask me a question then abruptly cut me off when I would try to answer it. Told me I was wrong about my condition and my history - how he knew this I don't know as he did not let me complete one sentence. Talked down to me like I was a moron. Even though the CT scan I brought showed I have chronically inflamed sinuses he said it was my jaw. He snapped at me that it takes 1 to 2 weeks for him to respond to emergencies in case I ever have one. This guys beside manner is horrible. He misdiagnosed me without any information. When I called the office afterward to provide feedback, I was told I would get a call from the office manager - who never called me.

I visited Dr. Reyes for a blocked ear caused by a dysfunction of the eustachian tube. I found the office staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. Dr. Reyes sat down and walked me through the procedure of placing tubes in my ears. He listened to my questions and answered them with care. He was not rude in anyway and was most pleasant, making me feel comfortable. I am scheduled to have the surgery shortly and have confidence in his knowledge and experience.
