Dr. Amy Soloman, DO

I am astounded at the lack of care with Dr. Soloman. I had a colonoscopy, and she did not consult with me before I left the hospital. There were abnormalities found, including several polyps and diverticula. I attempted to schedule a follow up appointment, and was left on hold for over a half-hour several times before being disconnected. I was sent to voicemail several times with no response to my requests for a follow-up appointment. I left messages on their website with no response. Now she has left the practice, no one knows where my records are, and I am in horrible pain. No one seems to care.

I love Dr. Soloman. She explains everything to a dummy down version so you know exactly what your issues are. She is what an old school Dr. is all about. Her staff is nice but still need some work on returning calls.

The staff were efficient and very kind. The wait time was very short, they got me in almost right away! All the nurses were so sweet! And of course Dr. Solomon was kind, and personal (she asked how my babies were), great doctors are hard to come by and she’s awesome!!

Friendliest staff, no waiting, Dr Soloman and her staff are very respectful and walk you thru the whole process. This was my third testing with Dr Soloman and always the same professionalism.

I was very pleased with my visit, she is professional, kind and informative. I feel confident we will resolve my diverticulitis problem, I learned what I can do in the meantime to prepare for my test, and the importance of calming my colon down so it can be preformed, the explanation she gave me made sense.

Great bedside manner. Actually, most of my appointments have been "tellhealh" - my choice. Met her at the hospital and she has been great with her follow up on my medical care. Highly recommend Dr. Amy Soloman.

The entire process was wonderful. Each person I encountered was pleasant and put me at ease. Next thing I knew I was being woken.

I would highly recommend Dr. Soloman. She is attentive, answered all my questions, and has an excellent bed side manner. She also was very thorough and communicated all the necessary steps with patience and caring. Definitely 5 stars.
