Dr Amy Stoddard and staff, the most useless and unhelpful office I have ever visited. Waited almost a year for the menopause clinic, they don’t prescribe hormone replacement and basically say they can’t help cause it’s not FDA approved. So why are you taking appointments? To give me an estrogen cream? That every gyno can prescribe? Even testosterone gel that is covered by insurance took 4 months because they didn’t know how to submit it correctly. And when you call they say it will take a few weeks to get resubmitted cause they are lazy, when blue shield says they can authorize it in 24 hours. It’s like they go out of their way to be useless and unhelpful. They refer you to a neurologist for additional cognitive testing, that will take another 2-3 months to a schedule cause they don’t know how to submit a referral and give you the telephone number for an MS clinic! The amount of incompetence is shocking!

Dr Stoddard was recommended to me by a doctor colleague of mine who said she was the best. She absolutely is. I had a difficult issue that she took care of extremely well despite my fear of the procedure. She has such a great bedside manor and really cares about her patients. Highly recommend to anyone.
