Dr. An Pang Chieng, MD

Dr Chieng is a nice doctor but staff doesn't communicate with him so you get nowhere and my insurance is no good either (Alignment) They are both history in new year!!

I must say, Dr. Chieng is very dedicated and patient, providing me with a lot of help. However, a front desk staff named Michelle seemed to turn a deaf ear to my reasonable requests, repeatedly delaying for up to 2 weeks. When my issue needed to be resolved urgently, she still acted indifferently, deliberately making me wait indefinitely every time I called. This is not just a lack of empathy; it's a serious lack of professional ethics. I can't trust a clinic that employs such incompetent staff. Instead of offering assistance when problems arise, they just stand by. It's very unfortunate, but I have to leave this clinic and I don't recommend anyone to use it.

Dr.An Pang Chieng was my mother doctor till she passed . She loved this doctor and recommended him to me now I love this doctor he takes time to hear his patients he does not rush though your doctor visit he truly cares about his patients. Hes the doctor you want best believe that. Bless his heart

He is a better doctor than my previous one.

my appointment was rescheduled for two times. No one was courtesy enough to inform me of the Doctor being late until I paid my co pay. I will NOT recommend this doctor to anyone unless you have time to wait for three hours or be re scheduled over and over again. As of today, I still haven't received my refund of the copay I paid. Trying to see this doctor was the worst experience I have ever had.

Always takes time to listen. Does not hurry through the appointment. Gives appropriate referrals. I am here today because of the care I have received by Dr. Chieng.

This foreign doctor is by far the worst doctor in the world. He hardly has any competence in medicine (reflected by his degrees). Other internists are way better in the area. Don't risk your life with this quack.
