Dr. Anabel Carloto Castro, MD

I was assigned this doctor and it took three days just to get the office to return my call. When they did call back it was a very unprofessional call.

Today I was waiting 1.5h and I had to leave, red garbage disposal was open I could see everything inside (blood, poo, scissors) (I have picture) and I was with my baby, my previous appointment was around 3h that was in may, worst service ever

Waited 1 hours in the waiting area, and 1 hour in the exam room. She had apparently not arrived to the facility roughly 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. This was not the first incident.

I would not recommend anyone who values their health or quality of life to this Doctor. She is the worst doctor I have ever encountered.

I would not refer anyone I know to this facility. They do not have enough medical staff to accomdate their patient load. The doctor is rude, disrepectful and has no compassion. She is not concerned about patient care or overall health or well being. She prefers to write a script and get you out of her hair. It is the worst experience i have had with any doctor. I have transfered my care else where.
