If I could put no stars I would. The staff don’t know how to schedule an appointment to save their life. They are never accountable for their own mistakes and blame the patient, then they try to belittle you if you try and correct them. We tried to have an ultrasound scheduled and they never told us a 3rd party was in charge of contacting us to schedule the appointment. So the appointment date they gave us was all we had to go off of. We showed up expecting an ultrasound and they told us that we were at fault because we didn’t call the 3rd party to have the appointment rescheduled and we missed our appointment. First of all, nobody called us to confirm an appointment. Second of all, we were never informed we had an appointment and never even told a name or a number to contact to confirm said appointment. So then when we were upset that we weren’t getting an ultrasound because of lack of communication, they blamed my wife because she didn’t get a call or email from this ultrasound… place. They had the audacity to question if she was telling the truth. Then the awful woman at the front, decides to schedule an ultrasound appointment with their technician. Only problem is they said that we have to wait for the ultrasound technician to call us to schedule an appointment... really??? Why wouldn’t the scheduler be able to schedule the appointment? I’ll tell you why, because she is lazy. The reason I say this, is because I called the 3rd party we were originally suppose to go to for the ultrasound appointment and they were able to schedule me within 5 minutes. Why was that so hard to do? If they had communicated and given us the number or contact information to schedule an appointment in the first place it would have been handled quickly and efficiently. The best part is, my wife had an appointment today. She shows up for her appointment time and just to be spiteful they made her wait for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. She was the last patient to be seen. When she let the ladies up front know she was uncomfortable and needed to use the restroom they told her to wait until they called her back to pee in the cup. So she sat back down and waited another hour and complained again. After she complained a second time they had her go pee in a cup. At closing she asked if she was going to be able to see the doctor today since she had been waiting an hour and a half. They told her she would be next and when she went to sit back down they were all snickering and laughing at her. Another woman walked in after her and they took that woman back first. So my wife went back up there being the last person in the clinic and they finally took her back... the schedulers are disrespectful, spiteful, argumentative, refuse to take accountability for their own mistakes, and on top of that, they create an uncomfortable environment. I highly recommend if you are searching for a doctor, you go somewhere else. This place is an actual joke. Ohh, the scheduler at the front also told us that “the doctor doesn’t know how things work up here” when we asked to speak to him about scheduling an ultrasound. My wife is now afraid to confront them about how they treat her, because she is worried they will treat her worse if she does. What a bunch of bullies. They need to be fired and a new staff needs to be put in place. This is an embarrassment on this doctor who worked for his degree. Once again I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We are currently looking for a new OB.

Dr does not honor your wishes unprofessional and cold hearted I do not recommend him to anyone

I was a new patient waiting to be called back, while waiting the receptionist's husband walked in, in full army uniform, she proceeds to tell him to come to the back. If I am giving you my information to enter into the system and there is someone that has not signed a visitor's log, a HIPPA privacy form and is not in a discreet area away from private healthcare information about patients that is a serious problem and HIPPA violation on behalf of the staff. Unprofessional front desk. His bedside manner is very cold, non emotional and almost seems not care a great deal about what his patients' want. The lady that explained the procedures that would be done that day had excellent bedside manner throughout the entire visit that was the only pleasant part of this visit. I would NOT recommend anyone for this practice. Disappointing.

I personally would not recommend this clinic. Originally I was looking forward to attending this clinic. The receptionist was rude. I explained to her that I left the ER and per the doctor to follow up with my doctor. She first said you have an appointment Wednesday I don't see what a difference a day will make in you waiting. I then asked if she was at a minimum a nurse to provide her medical experience. She said no, I then said I don't feel comfortable disclosing my medical issues with you. She placed me on hold for a while, came back and said she spoke to a nurse and they cannot accommodate the doctors order. The nurse never came to the phone and the receptionist seemed a bit annoyed. I then cancelled the appointment and had success with the other clinic I selected.

From my personal experience, I'm always welcome by the front desk with a smile. The staff is always nice and help. Everyone speaks.. Far as Dr Hall if I have questions he answers them as well explain the info that is given. This has not been my first visit.. I enjoy the warm and friendly staff.

Under NO circumstances should you see this doctor. Most uncaring physician I have ever met.
