Talented, compassionate surgeon. I am thankful for him. He fixed my broken ankle and I will make a full recovery!

Dr. Pagliaro is incredible. He really listened to me and answered my questions no matter how silly they were. He took his time to explain everything; the surgery, the fracture itself, and the complications. He was very helpful when I told him I didn't have insurance and really went out of his way to do everything he can to make sure I get the help I need without getting into massive debt. Not only was he incredible as a doctor but also as my surgeon. The day of surgery, he explained in more detail about my injury and the surgery itself and answered all serious and silly questions (my first surgery mixed with a lot of anxiety had my mind running all types of crazy scenarios). Dr. Pagliaro has an amazing eye for detail and really cares about his patients well being. Just as a bonus, my goodness do my surgery incisions look perfect and you can tell they will heal beautifully.

I have had a great experience with Dr.Pagliaro, from the first time meeting him to my follow up appointments. I came in to have my bunion looked at and he told me exactly what needed to be done to correct it! After going through my surgery my foot feels great I wish I would have gone to him years ago to have it done.

He was in to see me for minutes. He rolled his eyes when I was explaining my situation. He seemed less than interested in my visit. I am an RN and would not have made the appointment if I didn’t feel I needed to be seen. Left without the boot due to the cost. Ortho staff was great and suggested I purchase boot online.

Dr Pagliaro and his staff made may daughter feel at ease and so comfortable regarding her fractured foot .

I have been with Dr. Pagliaro for the past 10-15 years. He has never let me down-ALWAYS thorough and compassionate. I actually look forward to going to "the doctor!" My feet have had many issues and Doc Pags has always taken excellent care of them as well as making sure I was comfortable with whatever he needed to do to fix my issue. He has a great personality and an excellent bedside manner which is something not all doctors have...I highly recommend him. Rothman Institute is lucky to have such a great doctor on their team! I am sure that he is very good at what he does, but his bedside manner was terrible. He made me feel intimidated and unable to ask questions. I would not go back to see him.

I went to see Dr. Pagliaro after a bone infection developed after a reconstructive ankle surgery. He not only removed the diseased bone, hardware and tissue but referred me to an outstanding Infectious Disease specialist who provided the potent antibiotic regimen I needed to finally rid my body of an infection that spanned MONTHS. It was a very scary ordeal. But after seeing him, I had full confidence that he would get me better. Months later now and I have full use of my ankle rather than a possibility of losing it and my foot. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Just wish I had seen him first before anyone else. He answers every question you have, walks you through every process and scenario and is top-notch in the standard of care he provides.

My foot has never been the same since I let Dr. Pagliaro do surgery. Would have been better with just a podiatrist.
