Staff lack of response unacceptable.

IT took me so long to find a good Dr. up here and at my age it’s important. Dr. Schoeflers by far the best Dr. I have had the occasion to meet, patient, caring and actually listens to what you tell him. Honestly I can’t say enough about him I just know that I will always consult with him and recommend him...wonderful man!

This receptionist never smiles, always acts as if talking to you is an inconvenience and is at times,rude. The rest of the staff there make up for it and don't act in the manner she does. I have never seen an employee in a doctors office act as she does.

I have been seeing Dr. Schoeffler for about 8 years; I recommend him highly.

wrong diagnosis for my grandson resulting in a visit to another doctor. I asked to have the charges for the visit cancelled but they refused. My son is covered under his fathers veteran benefits, so he was already paid from that. He diagnosed allergy and it was actually broncitus, so he needed antibiotics.

Quite honestly, prior to my first visit, I had turned to social media to find a physician in that area, as opposed to another doctor reference. I wanted to hear from people who had actually been to a certain doctor and could form an opinion through their experience. This is how I came to be a patient of Dr. Schoeffler. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a good primary care physician. The staff is wonderful, no prolong waiting time and Dr. Schoeffler is extremely efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Schoeffler took us on as new patients after we moved here from WI via FL. He has been great about our two major issues, working regularly with us and fitting us in when needed: diabetes and prostate cancer. Everything he told us about the cancer when diagnosed and its best treatments was confirmed by a surgeon recommended to us by a surgical nurse friend. He follows up, takes personal calls when needed, and is compassionate and caring. Very dedicated Christian man who truly cares about his patients. And his nurse is also kind and well-trained.

I was a patient of his for almost 5 years. This year I went several times due to an onset of sudden illness. After 3 visits, physical therapy, xrays, numerous prescriptions and still no relief I gave up. 3 days after my last appt. with him I went to the ER in excruciating pain. Within hours my problem was discovered...gallbladder. I called his office and requested my records be ready to pick up the day I was going into surgery. I was done with the fool. All my pre-op and surgery tests results were faxed to his office since he was listed prior as my physician. I hope he felt like the idiot he is when he saw what he'd missed. Here's the worse part. When I was able to pick up my records, the last 4 visits leading up to the actually gallbladder problem were edited! Wow, to think someone is that incompetent and dishonest. You decide if your health is worth the risk.

Dr. Schoeffler was absolutely wonderful. He was very caring about my situation (moved here from out of town), taking plenty of time to listen to me as well as being very considerate himself. I would reccomend Dr. Schoeffler to anyone who is looking for a wonderful doctor!
