Dr. Andrea L Haller, MD

Terrible doctor, first & only visit almost walked out. Now I see I am not alone. Please stay away. Unfortunately this review will not allow me to detail the appointment? Vitals - If you don't want honest answers about these doctors then do not ask. I believe she is actually dangerous.

Dr Holler was very sweet, just as her staff was. She took the time that was necessary, she showed respect for me, she asked me questions as well as I asked her questions. She explained what was my starting point of treatment, she explained what my tests were for. She made me feel comfortable, the environment was a calm feeling, which was good cause I was so nervous. I liked Dr Haller, I look forward in working with her. I like a dr that shows concern as well as makes me feel concerned, you don't find that in too many Dr's any more.

Dr. Haller may be educated but not very smart or capable of leading a team around her. Her and her staff's continual errors in scheduling of appointments, sending reminders and then indicating you are not on the schedule, incorrectly making notification to state that suspended driver's license, scheduling testing and leaving a message with concerns of the results but never following up on those additional tests (reminded on three (3) occasions) with no results.

Andrea Haller may be a Harvard graduate but she missed the class on bedside manner. I've never dealt with a more rude, overbearing person in my life!! She had me in tears my first visit and told me to get a new attitude. I refuse to call her doctor because she did nothing for me besides ruining my chances of getting help at Cleveland Clinic. After running a few tests and pushing me off on her nurse practioner she let me know she found nothing and was sending me to Cleveland. Her nurse practioner, Brittony Rogers, tried to act like Andrea. First time she met me she told me I need an attitude adjustment before I even talked to her about my issues. When Cleveland Clinic called to set me up with an appointment they informed me they would not diagnose me because Andrea's diagnosis indicated all I need was some physical therapy and a psychiatrist!! If you believe I'm a disgruntled patient believe me, I AM!! She is horrible and the other reviews on here will confirm what I'm… saying.

Unfortunately went to Dr Haller because I was passing out. From the second she walked into my room she was condescending & accused me of lying. Dr. Haller made an extremely inappropriate comment saying “I was making her depressed & since I’m rubbing my depression off on her then I obviously needed to go to a psychiatric hospital.” Really? Of course I’m going to be depressed when you are treating me like this. I begged her to do a tilt table test to rule out POTS. She told me it was unnecessary & she wasn’t going to order a test that I didn’t need for an issue I was “making up” She said I don’t know talking about & she was the one with a Harvard degree. I ended up crying because of how terrible she treated me. I never went back for my follow up visit & went to a different doctor that ordered a tilt table test. The tilt table test results showed that I had POTS with syncope. Dr Haller, people like you have no place in healthcare. Too bad Harvard couldn’t teach you to be a better person.

Thinking of going to Dr. Haller? Let me share my experience — I am a legitimate former patient. Dr. Haller: RUDE! INSULTING! CONDESCENDING! HYPER! (And sooo much more I can't say here.) Me: "Get me the 'heck' outta here!" Thinking maybe I'm just a disgruntled ex-patient? Then go ahead and make that appointment. Find out the hard way. You've been warned. There are many GOOD doctors out there who are highly competent, professional and kind, and don't waste their patient's time and money nor compromise their health with substandard and inept health care. With all sincerity, I would not give this doctor a single star if I didn't have to just to submit this rating. Good luck, and good health.

This doctor was rude almost a bully and when I asked questions of my own healthcare plan she became very angry and stormed out I would never recommend her

Dr. Haller and her staff have gone out of their way to help me manage my debilitating migraines. I find her to be patient (esp for a specialist). She answers my questions and helps me understand my treatment options. Staff is always quick to work me in or get medications to me during acute flares. I honestly can't imagine trying to keep doing life without all of them!

She saved my life!! I'll always love you! I never properly said ty.

By far the meanest Dr. I've ever had. Already have an appt. set up to see another Dr. (when she found out about me switching Dr.'s she was furious!!!!!).
